Knowledge Transfer Session Scheduled for March 2nd in Houston

A Knowledge Transfer Session will be held in Houston at the Senior’s Centre on Friday, March 2nd starting at 8:45 am.

Sharing technical results on innovative forest management projects is a key goal of the Morice & Lakes IFPA. Project consultants and program partners will be making several presentations on important projects completed during the 2005/2006 project year. These presentations fall into the following core program areas:

• Sustainable Forest Management Planning
• Forest productivity
• Ecosystem-based management.

The Senior’s Centre is located at 3250 14th Street, beside the medical centre in Houston. Lunch and breaks will be catered at no charge to participants. The session will adjourn by 5:00 pm .
